โรงแรมและที่พักครูอิลลาส-ซาน โจวานนี อะโพสโตโล

"Great bed & breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Really friendly host, who checked us in and was very responsive to arrival time and logistics. Lovely breakfast provided too. Worked well for a one night stay after a later arriving flight. "

"The property is in a great location, although a bit hard to find if you're driving yourself around and searching with a GPS. Parking was convenient. We checked in about 3pm and we tried to watch the TV, not one channel was in English😌 Later we wanted a coffee, there was no milk to be found, not even at the bar. We asked about a machine they use for breakfast, that is only available for breakfast. We could not find a tea or coffee anywhere, which is just crazy for a hotel. There was a...

"It was a nice stay but the shower seal was broken and the pools are freezing and so cold, the food was ok the breakfast was stale and the steak had this very weird thing in it, There where flys everywhere and they made us late for our pasta class and train Overall I rated it a 4/10."

"Clean, neat and in a residential area so taxis were not close to the B&B, but the onsite manager was superior in her directions and recommendations for both bus and train access. Air-conditioning was excellent, water pressure in shower was excellent the room even across the street for a church bell site was sound proofed. Breakfast in a breakfast room was well appointed and the food was good - the on-site manager made cappuccinos every morning. Without doubt, when next we visit Palermo, this...

"Siamo stati accolti molto calorosi dai gestori, La camera era molto pulita, la colazione era stupenda, molto al di sopra del Standard"

"We stayed in the presidential suite. There’s a group of 15 narrow stairs to reach the bedroom, bathroom, living area . This makes it very difficult to bring your luggage to the bedroom so we left them downstairs and we had to climb the stairs several times a day to retrieve things . Lots of storage. Spacious living area. Tv worked well with Netflix etc . Various wine available in the room. Espresso machine available. Tiny fridge available. Air conditioner worked GREAT! Nicely decorated. We...

"A lovely stay. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable, clean and well maintained rooms. Lots of thought and high quality touches have been put into this B&B."

"This is a grand central city hotel with the usual European accompaniments well presented. The staff was great, the room comfortable, the breakfast fantastic. Enjoy Palermo from the Grand Wagner"

"This is a wonderful hotel with impeccable service. The staff was incredibly helpful with our car reservation logistics and provided great parking information. They even accommodated our early checkout schedule by preparing a breakfast box for us to go. The location, amenities, and breakfast were all excellent. We truly loved our stay."

"The hotel was in good location as long as you don’t mind a 15 min walk to beach/restaurants. Hotel is very dated all over but clean and most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Pool needs a few repairs and some more loungers would be good. Not much of a bar area but prices are reasonable. Hotel food just okay but plenty of restaurants nearby. No privacy on balconies. This review appears quite negative but we did have a lovely stay and again credit to the staff."

"The hotel is small and well maintained. Location is good, Few min walk from beach and restaurants. Room is vey small. Be aware, that the hotel will charge you for absolutely anything extra. We were charged for two extra beach towels since ours were in use already on that day. We have been charged for tea/coffee. The rooms and lobby don’t have free tea/coffee which is unacceptable for 4-star hotel. When we disputed both charges with the hotel staff, we were rejected. This doesn’t leave a good...

"Nice hotel near the old town. Very convenient for a visit to Palermo. Walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions."

"The room was clean and comfortable with view of the park. Air conditioning effective and quiet. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast buffet was good. Lots of choice."

"Amazing staff helped us with all our needs, sunrise and sunset are beautiful here! Close to all the best restaurants and the beach too"
