"It is at a great location and the rates are reasonable. If you are used to amenities in Asian or North American hotels, this hotel is an older building that doesn’t have elevators and has thinner walls. The staff are really nice and I loved that they had a coffee machine and reusable bottles to fill up on drinking water. The staff are also very kind and friendly. Would stay here again. "

"The hotel is absolutely spotless. Incredibly clean. I always check the corners to see how clean a room is. These rooms are completely clean. Having a hard surface floor in the rooms rather than carpet has a significant impact on the feeling of cleanliness. The staff is friendly and polite. The hotel is what it says it is. It is very minimialistic. There is no air conditioning and no way to control the amount of heat in the room. You can open the window (unless you are in the basement) and some rooms have a fan. But our room was incredibly warm. Too warm to sleep with blankets. The hotel is very convenient to the Earls Court Tube Station. If you use the Warwick Road entrance it is fine, before dark. I used the Earls Court Road entrance and it was very dodgy even during the day. I would not feel safe walking through most of the Earls Court Road area as a female traveler, traveling alone. As a group, only in the room long enough to sleep, it was a good value. Consider if the complexities are right for your group."

"Amazing views of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Room was spacious and comfortable and the bathtub was a real treat after a long day out. Free access to the public Anytime Fitness club was also appreciated. But above all the staff were the icing on the cake - always with smiles and eager to help. "

"Point A near Earl’s Court is my go to hotel for London. Perfect neighborhood location, close to all transportation options and great start for walking tours. Easy check in with friendly staff. Rooms are small but perfect for solo travelers. Modern and clean. Great optional breakfast in the lounge area that is very comfortable to hang out in if you need a bit more room. "

"All fine but did book hotel primarily for use of spa with son. Jacuzzi not working and separate sauna so didnt bother. Make sure if you want breakfast you double check price as price at check in (which i dithered about) was less than what i was charged next morning. Nice enough hotel, quiet location"

"Overall nice room, though found a stray toe nail clipping in each of our adjoining rooms. Sink faucet had lime buildup/rust, and drain plug broken. Would be nice to have a box of tissues available in the room. Staff were great, though. And rooms were otherwise comfortable. "

"Well appointed room with fine facilities, very clean. Very comfortable beds where we slept good. Very nice staff. A VERY well. We are very satisfied and can RECOMMED the hotel! Close to Gloucester Rd Tube also and buses. Only thing: we would like you to axcenhange the shampoo, conditioner and bath foam tubes for large containers to keep down waste."
