"Clean and tastefully decorated. Close to everything but on a quieter lane of the main area. Lovely little balcony that I used. Welcome drinks and good coffee. Katerina was very warm and helpful. She stored our luggage after checkout which was helpful and gave us useful restaurant recommendations. Sweet place. We enjoyed our stay."

"We were so happy we stayed at this charming and sophisticated boutique hotel. It is a little gem in the heart of the historic area. Our room had wonderful views of the water and it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The staff was amazing, starting with the owner who personally walked around greeting guests. The sound of it even when closing all doors is unbearable. I had to unplug electricity to make it go off. It is so loud that it is impossible to sleep. I advise changing it. "Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. I also needed laundry and George helped make it happen while we were out enjoying Crete! Important to note that the apartments...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean upon arrival and cleaned and made up daily. The breakfast was great and the balcony breakfast area was just lovely. Staff always ready with helpful recommendations. We took advantage of the laundry service which was great. Location of hotel was very central and walkable to the tourist areas. Highly recommend!"

"Perfect location along the waterfront. Beautiful room - very well decorated. Easy walk to many restaurants, shops, views. Great view from balcony. Very quiet when you close the windows and turn on A/C so slept very well. Parking limited in the area - if you are staying longer they might let you park behind hotel if there is room. Staff very accommodating."

Parking is a bit of a challange on the road but there is free parking about a 5 min walk away. I moved my vehicle early in the morning as there was street parking available but try and do it before 7 amor it fills up fast"

"Excellent stay and amazing location. Parking is available at the plaza parking which is a shot walk away. Hotel is great. But not thing you need to be aware of is the hotel closes after 11pm so you may have to call them and let them know you need back into your room, only took a few moments. Nice daily breakfast included and roof top patio to use."
