We absolutely loved our stay at Selected Suites in Chania. Everything was outstanding, from the warm and attentive staff to the perfect location and the beautifully designed room. Having a steam room in the suite was an amazing and unique touch—it truly elevated the whole experience. The location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk to downtown so easily, which made exploring Chania effortless and enjoyable. The hotel is new, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and we genuinely felt privileged to have had the chance to stay here. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and perfectly located stay in Chania. We would absolutely return!

We felt in love with the hotel, the room, the neighbourhood and especially with the stuff (Ayu, Bohdana and Abdel). The do a very good job, they have such a beautiful soul with a special heart! They all so kind, helpful and Ayu and Bohdana always got sure, that everything is clean! I can not understand how the guests can’t give a fully review! The hotel is perfect and sooo beautiful! The problem is definitely NOT the stuff - it‘s some of the guests! No ‚hello‘, no ‚thank you‘ and the most do not shower before entering the pool! That‘s so discusting, disrespectful for all other‘s who follow the rules! Some of the guests were also very loud, what is also very disrespectful! If I could I would give the hotel and the stuff 100 points and some of the guests -100 points! We will be back for sure! K can recommend Selected Suites completely!

This hotel is a true gem. It’s brand new, with spacious, spotless, and modern rooms. I stayed in a room with a pool view, sauna, and balcony — and everything was perfect. The location is also ideal: if you're looking to be close to both Nea Chora beach and the charming Old Venetian Harbour + old town, this is the place for you. Both are just a 10-minute walk away. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. I’ve traveled all over the world, and I’ve never felt this welcomed. It genuinely felt like coming home — the kind of place where people are happy to see you. A very special thank you to Hina, the hotel manager, who is an absolute star. She welcomed me on my first day, guided me through everything with kindness and professionalism, and was always available when I needed anything. Panos was incredibly helpful and attentive, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. And Ayuyu — truly the kindest person I’ve ever met. Her warmth, generosity, and willingness to go above and beyond were simply astonishing. She’s one of those rare, genuine souls who light up the place just by being herself. Thank you all for making my stay so memorable — I can’t wait to return!

We are really pleased with our visit. It gave us a feeling of luxury. Nice breakfast, little different with no buffet, but the basket in the morning was really thought thru. Would defenetly stay here again.

Modern hotel with great service

The hotel is brand new and very modern. Rooms are comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, the in-room steam bath/hamam is a nice touch. The room had AC and a TV with Netflix etc. Rooms have digital code locks which is a huge plus so that we didn’t have to keep track of a physical key. Pool area was nice and quiet during our stay and there was always plenty of room and free sunbeds. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance from the beach, city center and old town. Great service, Abdel reached out through whatsapp on the day of our arrival, welcomed us to the hotel and made sure everything went smooth. If we had any questions or needed anything we could just send a message, or go down to the lobby. Overall very happy with our stay, would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Chania.

Huone hyvin moderni, tosin muu istumapaikka kuin parveketuoli tai sänky olisi ollut tarpeen. Samoin joku lipasto pienemmille vaatteille. Syksyllä uima-allas oli jääkylmä, alue kyllä miellyttävä sopivan taustamusiikin kanssa.

Bodde her da av ankom Chania og dagene før vi skulle reise hjem igjen. Rommene er veldig fine og passe store med smart tv 👍 + basseng tilgjengelig + bare et lite stykke å gå til havnen og busstasjonen

Topp hotell !!

Toppen hotell ! Nybyggt, rent och fräscht. Stora rum med bekväm säng . Steam rum med dusch vilket var fantastiskt! Litet mysigt pool område . Jätte trevlig och hjälpsam man i receptionen. 15 min promenad till stranden men rekommenderar istället att åka 8 km till Agia Marina strand . 15 min promenad till det fina hamnområdet med massor utbud av restauranger och shopping.
