Rebecca is a great innkeeper and very helpful and personable. The breakfasts were great. Anyone wanting a low-key relaxing environment in a woodsy, off-the-beaten path historic manor - this is the place.

It was a great visit, having met lots of new couples. Breakfast was delicious, coffee rich and dark. Rebecca is lovely as lovely can be, and we enjoyed her piano playing.

Rebecca took excellent care of my wife and I on our anniversary. Great 100 + years old manor was well cared for and the rustic charm of the place was very relaxing. Rebecca served us breakfast every morning. From the complimentary wine to the “to die for” frittatas and the comfortable and spotless rooms our stay was excellent

Lovely historic property. Rebecca, who cooked breakfast and welcomed us, was so wonderful and a great cook too. She also left us bowls of ice cream every night. Rooms are lovely with vintage furnishings. Quiet and beautiful garden. A special place.

What a beautiful little gem! Very quaint historical manor with lots of history. Rebecca the Innkeeper was so sweet. She made the stay that much more incredible. She is very kind, helpful and an amazing chef. Her breakfasts were a great way to start the day. She made us feel so at home. Will definitely return next yr. If you have the time walk up the back trails to the waterfall. Beautiful. Thanks Rebecca. Hope to see you again next yr!

What is unique is the quietness. The staff is friendly and the food is good. What I would have liked is a change of towels (face cloths) as we were there four days and used the same one for 4 days. Also, they were kind enough to offer a snack in late afternoon, but late afternoon was 7 pm. For us from Alberta, it meant 8 pm. It was really too late as it meant it was about the time we were at a restaurant. I would suggest to offer the cheese and wine at 5 pm.

Charming turn of the 20th century manor

Beautiful and charming old family homestead with a rustic and historic feel set in a wilderness setting. The rooms are cosy and romatic and the downstairs room has its own private balcony. The house is only a few minutes drive from the little village of Crawford Bay where there are anfew nice dining extablishments including a pub that serves the best ever mousaka. Would not hesitate to stay at Wedgewood Retreat again.

A wonderful place to stay!

We absolutely loved this place! The home is a bed and breakfast setup but you will have to pay for the two types of breakfast offered. The room was spacious, the property is well kept with many outdoor seating areas. There is a hiking trail in the back. The room is many thoughtful amenities. Very clean, quiet and would stay here again and again and recommend this place highly!

The Wedgwood Inn was a perfect getaway; quiet, peaceful, comfortable, great service. The historic décor was beautifully done as well. We will definitely stay here again!
