Very nicely renovated, spacious suite and good value. parking was easy and free. Staff were friendly and helpful although sometimes the front desk was empty. Not a big deal though as they responded when needed. Best place to stay in Trail I'd say.

The hotel itself was great. We only dealt with the front desk person. She was very good. Our only concern was the area of town. We were warned that we should not walk i certain nearby areas. As to family resraurants in the area: o e "bar & grill" where you were compelled to listen to kereoke wailing. Food good, atmosphere seedy.

This is a great hotel in the perfect location in Trail, BC. We are staying for 14 nights in a suite with a kitchen. Spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Not far from Red Mountain, so great for skiing accomodation off the hill. We have stayed here on a few occasions and will continue as our son lives in Montrose. Well done Crown Columbia!
