Hotel right in centre. Classic feel to it. Stayed in Barristers Suite. A really nice contemporary comfortable suite. Great food. Same menu in three of their restaurants but they have different themes. We used the spa and had the best massage from anywhere in the world. Highly recommended

Lovely boutique hotel. Room clean and comfortable, owner and staff all polite and very welcoming. Great location for all the shops and eateries in Nelson as well as for accessing the highway if you want to get out and explore the nearby countryside. Hotel carpark to the rear of the building. A word of caution if you have mobility issues as most (but not all) of the rooms do require you to climb some stairs but don't let that put you off staying here and do check out the independant coffee shop...

Central to town, lovely vibe, relaxed. Room 8 was a little warm as its an old property but they provide fans. Great place to stay, thanks Dancing bear 🐻

On a corner uphill of the town the property has ample parking and our room was a good size and generally quiet and comfortable. Check in was straightforward and courteous.

Nakusp is a pretty town and The Lodge sits in well on Main Street. The staff were most helpful. My Dad and I stayed in the double queen room, in a separate block to the main facility, they all face on to a shared parking lot. The beds were very comfortable, a good number of soft pillows, bathroom facilities good and (like the whole room) spotlessly clean. Fridge and coffee maker present as expected, however, unusually for a Canadian motel/hotel room, no microwave. Other than that, excellent and...

My Dad and I stayed in Suite 0, these are new and not in the main hotel but over the road in a separate block. 0 is clearly meant for wheelchair users and, looks set for the job - wide doors, sloping access from the street, wet room bathroom with appropriate handrails. The only problem I would say is the parking lot for this new building is not great, however there is plenty over the road. I would recommend any wheelchair user to park on the street and use the sloping pathway access, I would...
