"Dreams Cape Cozumel did not meet expectations. The ac was not cooling, and when it did it sounded like someone had a jackhammer tearing out a wall. The beds are comfortable; HBO was in English. We booked a week stay, and for the first three days we showered with tepid water, far from warm, tolerable to say the least. Maintenance adjusted the water temp, attempted to repair the ac banging. Our group of 10 people couldn't sit together unless we were all at the hostess desk together. It was as if...

"The rooms were OK nothing to brag about or would I stay here again NO!!! The staff was not friendly at all except for IVAN!!!! he was always nice and a smile on his face and very friendly. Food was horrible bland taste not good at all. I will not be booking thru any of their resorts again. I stood in their other place in Puerto Vallarta and it was horrible their too. Should have not even stayed here in Cozumel but i thought I would give them another try. STAY AWAY!!!!"
