"The staff made us feel exceptionally welcome. We arrived early on a Sunday morning and though our room was not ready (nor did we expect it to be!) we were offered a complimentary hot beverage (coffee, tea). After a long international flight and customs line, this was such a treat. The front desk texted once our room became available (bags already delivered to our room!) and was always ready with an umbrella due to the rainy weather. "This hotel is in a great, central location. Beyond that there’s not much to recommend. The room is tiny. The toilet seats are very uncomfortable. The shower is unwieldy. The breakfast is lame and not worth it, especially since feet away you have wonderful cafes with much better fare for less money. Most of the staff was nice but some were unnecessarily testy."

We went to Disneyland Paris and Gare Du Lyon station is literally next door from which we got the RER A train directly into Disneyland. Staff are super friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. Easy to check in and check out on the ipads in reception. Room was spotless and bigger than I thought it would be.
