"I had an excellent stay from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience feel effortless and relaxing. The food was another highlight, beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and far better than I expected. Every meal felt like a treat. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I’d happily return. It's being refurbished and this does need to continue, as some parts are a bit 'tired', though still very clean. Main criticism would be the lighting - mis-matched and dull lighting in the bedrooms, would be an easy fix. Would definitely recommend though, given excellent value for money and great food."

"Large spacious room, very comfortable with great views of the village green. Lots of parking. Bathroom was spotless. Well stocked with tea, coffee and continental breakfast items (The Bell currently doesn’t offer a cooked breakfast). The pub restaurant was epic - fantastic menu with additional ‘specials’ and great desserts. Obviously popular with locals and repeat diners. The pub bar was friendly and a good range of ales on tap. Service was superb throughout and I’d recommend The Bell...
