"Albergo San Marco was conveniently located close to San Marco with easy access to most locations within Venice. The room was spacious with minimal stairs on each level and a small elevator to access each level. Breakfast was good with extended hours which was nice when jetlegged! Highly recommend. "
"The breakfast included in the room was the best breakfast we've ever had! It features amazing fresh fruit and freshly baked apricot croissants, chocolate croissants. Incredible cappuccinos with heart shapes, and a squeezer to make your own freshly squeezed orange juice. The eggs and meat were amazing as well. Maid service was excellent, our room was extra tidy and clean every day. The courtyard patio and rooftop terrace were beautiful and the room itself was very spacious for a European hotel...
"Wonderful in every way. Amazing location, literally just steps from the Rialto bridge and the transportation docks there. Also easy to find in the maze of Venice. The room decor was upscale “period” with lovely gold accents and inlays. Yes, the junior suite was small as listed and didn’t bother us a bit. The rooftop bar-lounge is wonderful with a great view of St. Mark’s basilica steeple. Yet, the room was quiet. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I really can’t say enough...

"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Excellent location, around 10 minutes walk from the main atrractions. To get there was a 10 minute ferry ride from the train station and then a 5 minute walk over the Rialto Bridge. We had a spacious room with comfortable bed, very modern and clean. We had a view of the Grand Canal, and found the room very quiet when the windows were closed. The breakfast was superb. We can't fault in, and would definitely recommend it to others."
"We spent 2 nights in the EGO residences Casanova room. Location is as central as it gets. Vaporetto stops 50m away. Very convenient. The room was very nicely renovated, clean and provided everything we needed. The couch pullout bed was a queen size and both beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was large with great water pressure in the shower. Nice large bath sheets, robes and slippers were provided along with complimentary bottled waters. "The water taxi dropped us off right at the front entrance—an incredibly convenient way to arrive. Navigating this route would’ve been tricky if the water level had been too low or too high, especially with all our luggage in tow. While water taxis can be pricey, cruising through Venice along the Grand Canal is a spectacular experience that’s well worth it."
