"The room was large, clean and luxurious. The location is great for walking downtown. The staff (front desk, maintenance, restaurant team) were friendly and helpful. The gym, pool and sauna helped to balance the many restaurant and cafe indulgences I enjoyed. I would highly recommend this hotel whether on business, solo or a family trips."

"The hotel was very well kept and great for couples. Staff were helpful overall. There is no staff past 11 so if you have any issues I was not given a number to call (thankfully there was no issues). The valet didn’t really help with our bags as much as I hoped. Typical valet will help handle all bags to be delivered to your room, or something but that wasn’t the case. There is a large flight of stairs and no elevator so that contributed to the bag issue and not having a cart to wheel anything...

"The location was perfect! Easy walk to so many places and had a lovely romantic euro feel to the area. Receptionists were kind, helpful and the process checking in and out was smooth. The lockers were a great touch with a late flight out. LOVE having the kitchenette AND a washer/dryer unit. Felt like a cute little studio APT. Would book again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is centrally located in old Montreal, is a beautiful property. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Housekeeping was thorough and incredibly prompt. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop bar had great cocktails, and food and nice views of the river. And there are also two other very good restaurants on the property, Pincette in particular."

"I booked this property because of the reviews and the proximity to my daughters graduation place.It stated it was a 5min walk that was not correct. It was a 15-20 min drive. When you get there you enter through a restaurant which is weird they state it’s a Michelin star but no one there we thought we were in the wrong place. The gentleman there was nice didn’t provide is name but he was the only part of the stay that was good. We arrived early so the stored our luggage. When we returned at...
