"Our first time staying at Le Mount Stephen was great overall, with one exception: The windows in the room were much smaller than the photos on Expedia and felt like a prison cell! The only rooms with bigger windows were the penthouse, which cost twice as much. The bed was comfortable, heated toilet and shower were great and staff was superb. The manager offered us free breakfast as a peace offering for the disappointment with the terrible view."

"The hotel was very well kept and great for couples. Staff were helpful overall. There is no staff past 11 so if you have any issues I was not given a number to call (thankfully there was no issues). The valet didn’t really help with our bags as much as I hoped. Typical valet will help handle all bags to be delivered to your room, or something but that wasn’t the case. There is a large flight of stairs and no elevator so that contributed to the bag issue and not having a cart to wheel anything...

"We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Montreal. The two-bedroom suite with a full kitchen was perfect for our trip and gave us plenty of space to relax. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace, it was a great place to unwind after exploring the city. The location couldn’t have been better, with Old Montreal, the waterfront, and so many restaurants within easy walking distance. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"I booked this property because of the reviews and the proximity to my daughters graduation place.It stated it was a 5min walk that was not correct. It was a 15-20 min drive. When you get there you enter through a restaurant which is weird they state it’s a Michelin star but no one there we thought we were in the wrong place. The gentleman there was nice didn’t provide is name but he was the only part of the stay that was good. We arrived early so the stored our luggage. When we returned at...

"Beautiful spacious room. Comes with a small kitchenette area with sink, microwave, mini fridge, kettle plus a full set of plates and cutlery. The beds were so comfy, we had the best sleep we’ve had in ages. A great place to stay if you have multiple people in your group because the room and bathroom are huge. Location is amazing too. Would def come back!"
