"Lovely quaint hotel in the heart of old Montreal. We booked through Expedia but unfortunately when we got there the medium size room we booked was not available so we had to take a small, the front desk did offer us free valet parking for the night to make up for it. I’m not sure what the price difference was but regardless it was just one night so the room we had was more than comfortable. The front desk was friendly, kind and accommodating. We would stay there again. Thank you!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel in Montreal, and while the location was fantastic—right near all the major attractions—the decor was also impeccable; everything looked stunning. However, there were some issues. First, the bed they provided had hair on it—clearly from the previous guest—so it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. "There is no parking at this hotel and the parkade they tell you to park in across the street closed at 12 midnight. I had to walk with my broken leg for 2 blocks just to find a parking spot!! Although the unit itself was lovely, I cant justify the lousy parking situation."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is centrally located in old Montreal, is a beautiful property. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Housekeeping was thorough and incredibly prompt. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop bar had great cocktails, and food and nice views of the river. And there are also two other very good restaurants on the property, Pincette in particular."
