Every member of the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, attentive, and professional. Their willingness to assist and make our stay as comfortable as possible truly stood out. "Nice and clean upscale hotel, great staff, very nice breakfast. Little too far away from the historical sites!"

"The hotel had an antique feel and was very clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and helpful with directions, and the amenities and breakfast were excellent. Having wine and a light snack every evening was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I liked that the room was clean."

"We stayed here for 4 nights our first trip to Florence and had such a wonderful time. Our visit here could not have been better. The breakfast was delicious each morning, it was very nice to have the shuttle, they were helpful in calling you a taxi if you needed, and the property was just beautiful. Gorgeous scenery, the room was beautiful we had a view of the garden and I loved getting to open up the window in the morning. A wonderful place and I know we will be back in the future."

"Very nice staff, clean rooms and great room service and nice furniture ! Close to the main touristy places in the city, maximum of 30 minutes walk radius from everything that I wanted to visit!"
