"No beach view from our suite, but it was clean and the staff were great and helpful and friendly. They let us check in almost two hours early because we arrived at 7am! The room only has one garbage can in the bathroom and no glasses or cups for brushing teeth, also no coffee machine (for those of you who love your morning coffee!), but does have a hair dryer and iron. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just minutes away. I found San Juan very expensive and will never return, but this hotel was worth the cost and I was not disappointed with the accomodation overall."

"The hotel was great the staff answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the area , room was small but clean, not that we spent much time there. Breakfast was great. My only complaint is that we got woke up at 330 am by our drunken neighbors. Would definitely visit again"

"The Pool was okay a little dirty one thing I didn’t like about the hotel there was no microwave in our room. But everything else was great. I booked this hotel through Expedia stated it was breakfast included, but it’s not we had to pay but they do give you a $25 card and you pay the difference. "

"Me and my significant other had the room with the private hotub/balcony. It was nice, but the room had one ac unit against the window, and the doors and windows did not seal great so it was hard to get the room cold. Other than that, the shop/restaurant downstairs was convenient. The hotel itself is in such a good area, 10-15 min from old San Juan’s restaurants, shops, and night life. Highly recommend if you’re a sushi person or anyone trying to find local food, tayzan and ropa vieja grill. Lastly, the hotel was very on top of giving us recommendations for food, excursions, and bars. "

"The property work out perfectly for our stay in San Juan. Our desk attendant at check in was very nice, as well as the one at checkout. I questioned the $150.00 insurance deposit charged to my credit card at checking, I was told that a credit would be posted in a few days"
