"The check-in was super easy. The room was spotless and the location can't be beat...right in the middle of Old San Juan. The room was small and there is no elevator, but we knew that in advance and the plusses greatly outweighed those minor negatives. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!"

"Hotel was very clean in a great location in Old San Juan and the price was lower than other nearby properties. Road noise overnight was very loud. Shower was a little bit of a challenge being tucked into a corner and the rain shower head being closer to the glass than the center of the shower, but we made it work. "

"Very old building, musty smell. Water didn’t work during the afternoon. May of been an issue in the area though. Our TV didn’t work and it took the staff hours to fix the issue. Stayed there twice and each time there were no wash cloths. Asked for extra pillows and staff said there were no additional pillows as they were sold out that night. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Will not book there again. Couldn’t wait to leave honestly. "

"The room wreaked of mold and gave us extreme headaches. We didn’t want to sleep in our pajamas so we slept in our clothes and showered in the morning so we could head right out. The shower wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t good either. The towels just seemed not something we wanted to use but we had no choice. Check in was easy, but no help with bags and had to hike all our bags up a lot of stairs. Room is large, but the smell and visible mold was way too much. "

"No elevator and you are expected to carry up your own luggage. 3 or 4 floors Some of the front desk staff were rude and didn’t really want to help you. We asked about reserving a cab the night prior to leaving the next morning at 4:00 departure time. We were told someone would be available at 4 am to order cab for us. We found a sign stating staff was on a break and returning soon. They never did. Had to order an Uber. Left 30 min. late! Party on the street night before, so loud we couldn’t...

"The location was perfect. It is walking distance to Restaurants, shopping and others. The customer service is excellent. The place doesn’t have an elevator but they sent someone to help us with our suitcases down the stairs. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to PR."

"There was a lot to do close by. The building is fine and the rooms are fine. Our room had a broken AC and it was incredibly hot, when speaking with a staff they said they knew, which made me angry they didn't disclose this information. They put 2 fans in our room, which is how we already knew they knew about this issue. Our friends rooms did not have any fans and working AC. The hotel did refund, but it made for a long HOT night after a full day of travel. "
