"Great location - 20 minute walk from Kings Cross and Russell Square tube stop literally 2 minutes away. Hotel well kept and staff very friendly. Lovely bathroom and shower was great - in our room the toilet and rest of bathroom were separate. Only issue we had was how warm the rooms were (we only stayed for one night during heatwave but no air-con in the room and it got very hot and stuffy). Other than that a very pleasant stay"

The spa facilities were probably the best at any hotel we have stayed in - lovely pool and very warm steam room, dry sauna and jacuzzi. Close to Heathrow and great value for money. "Very easy to book, good communication (via email on access etc.,). Location is ideal for central area of London and the price very good considering this. Only thing to consider is that these are pods and if you suffer from claustrophobia then maybe not the sleepover for you, However, I would from my experience the pod was clean tidy and filled my needs for overnight accom with communal area but private arrangement for shower & toilet. Finally, would add, the reception staff member on arrival for me was extremely helpful, polite & understanding in answering my numerous questions about the premises and the surrounding area. I would certainly recommend this hotel/accommodation."
