"Decent sized room; modern decor, clean, excellent breakfast.
This hotel is located in more of a residential area of El Poblado and in a hilly area, not very close to other restaurants and businesses so we Ubered everywhere which was easily available.
The breakfast offered by the hotel is excellent - great choices and friendly, attentive staff.
Our room was a Double, Panaramic suite with terrace. It was attractive, roomy enough for us both and clean. Unfortunately we had several problems with tech. We were locked out of our room and they could not get the key card reader to work so we had to use the hotel's physical key for 2 days. Our TV didn't work. Their internet is so poor and was down more than half the time so we used our cellphone hotspots. Our room safe kept malfunctioning and locking us out.
What did they do in response to all of these issues? Absolutely nothing. Not even a free drink.
We tried to have dinner at the restaurant on our last evening. They came back and told us they could not make the sliders we ordered because they were "out of beef" so we ordered a different dish (along with 2 others). Then they flat out refused to switch out 1 item on 1 of 3 dishes that we ordered - a simple switch of regular mashed potato instead of sweet. Mashed potatoes were already on the menu so we were not asking for something to be made special. So we paid $30 for the water and diet coke that we had and left. Very poor customer service."
