"Fantastic stay after last visit 4 years ago. Staff was exceptionally helpful with every aspect of the trip and off-site tours as well. Even without using the all-inclusive benefits on many days, the exceptional staff alone makes me gravitate to this property when I’m in Isla Mujeres."

"Las playas excelentes, las personas en el restaurante muy atentos y serviciales, con excepción de: no te llevan suficiente agua de tomar a tu habitación bueno eso nos tocó a nosotros 3 botellas un dia si, y otro no, definitivamente eso no me gustó. Otra cosa importante, que el baño, el agua no tiene suficiente presión, eso era desesperante. La regadera trabajaba muy bien."

"The structure of this property is good, but it is definitely lacking in upkeep. The room was very spacious (king bed, garden view) but it needs maintenance: - The door to the room was peeling and the rubber sweep on the bottom was cracked, which made opening and closing the door difficult - The door to the mini fridge (in a cabinet) would scrape the floor every time we opened it and we had to lift it so as to not disturb the downstairs guests - The shower head needed cleaning, as it was half-clogged - The pool had tons of sand on the bottom, which didn't seem to be cleaned at all in the 5 days I was there. Location is good, close enough to the main strip but far enough to be quiet at night time. It was an ok stay. Not terrible, but I would not stay there again."

"Staff were accommodating. Place and its location is very accessible to restaurants, stalls, and tourist area, especially the beach. You’re 3 to 5 minutes walk to the beach areas, don’t look for a beach front in this hotel. I recommend that you bring your own toiletries. Don’t expect for the cleanliness of your room to be a top notch like your 3-5 stars hotel. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay if you’re looking for a homy and chill vibe in the island."
