"Staff was welcoming and helpful, Rooftop area beautiful, great view, breakfast set up was perfect room well made and cleaned every day. I would definitely stay here again"
"I am a solo female traveler. I felt very safe. I even walked by myself to the center without any concerns. Gabriel, help me arrange my transportation and she would check on my to make sure everything safe and good. I am very grateful. This stay would be much better if there were a coffee stand. There is a coffee place near, but it would be closed by 2 pm. Oh, the room was supper clear and nice. too. The bed is a swing bed. I move around a lot when I sleep. That was the only annoying thing. But...
"Está muy bien ubicada en el centro de la isla , todo queda cerca y cuanta con club de playa . Desde el momento de la reservación ya te están atendiendo personalmente por WhatsApp. La chica Alejandra es muy profesional y simpática . Supero nuestras expectativas. El hotel es nuevo y tiene alberca en el techo y todo está muy limpio . Viaje familiar nos gustó mucho "

"The food was average but the steak house and the Asian restaurant were delicious. The service was mediocre, some servers were there just for a job as well as the bartenders. This is more of a relaxing resort not alot going on. They did have one fire show during a 7 day stay. I didn’t care for the music at the bars, it was instrumental. "
"Me gustaron las instalaciones, pero faltan más negocios de comida afuera, hay que caminar hasta avenida Hidalgo para encontrar restaurantes, por la noche le falta más iluminación a la calle dado que ya está solitario, aunque se siente muy tranquilo el ambiente. Yo pienso regresar."
"I have stayed in many places in isla mujeres and this by far is my favorite. Very private and comfortable. Staff is extremely attentive and go above and beyond to help any needs you may have. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back here myself. 10/10 "
