"Arrived at approx 3:30, and waited at least 5 minutes for someone to appear to check us in. She was friendly when she did arrive. We got in the elevator and noticed how dirty it was. Then, we got to our room. It was only a double bed vs the queen bed as advertised and paid for. The lamps were dirty and busted. The backdrop on the stove was yellowed and torn, and the burners were purely rust. The bathtub had what appeared to be soap scum around the sides. The wall in the bathroom had brown streaks, who knows what that was? When we arrived back after a night out (1am) the check-in/out window was closed and not a worker to be found. Luckily our electronic key still worked. When we left, breakfast was coffee and prepackaged muffins. We’ve had successful stays at other ES Suites, but will never return to this disgusting, worn down, and dirty location."

"I had never heard of this chain so I was thrilled to find a new clean and well appointed hotel to add to my travel plans. I will be back!"

"The air only goes to a certain temperature in the room then it cuts off .Some staff are friendlier then the other ones .Rooms are alwaya clean no issues there "

"The property was clean, rooms well maintained and very quiet. Perfect for rest and convenient to restaurants and other needs."

"The room had ants, the door keys stopped working from the exterior and it had to be replaced more than once, we had to request housekeeping, and when they did come, they never change the sheets or swept the floor. When call down to inform all they said was sorry will add you to the rewards program. Housekeeping took hours to clean the surrounding rooms near us and we’re very loud and obnoxious."
