"The hotel is conveniently located at the end of terminal 3 so we don’t have to ride shuttle. The room is clean. Customer service needs some improvement. Nobody pick up the phone when they were busy handing check in. My tv did not have any sound so I have to go to the receptionist to report the problem ..."
