Know before you book
- The e-ticket is valid only on the selected visit date chosen at the time of purchase and cannot be used on other dates.
- The e-ticket is valid for one person and allows one-time entry only.
- The e-ticket does not include vehicle entry tickets.
- Children aged 2 years and above are required to purchase a full-price Ancol ticket.
- E-tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any reason.
- Commercial photography or videography (such as product shoots, pre-wedding, school yearbooks, film or music video shoots, etc.) requires prior approval and is subject to location rental fees.
- Damaging public facilities within the Ancol area is strictly prohibited.
- Bringing sound equipment or sound systems into the area is not allowed.
