"Loved this hotel, conveniently located walking distance from restaurants, city center and shopping!"

"Overall, I would rate the experience as good rather than very good. The Italian staff were excellent—warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping, however, needs improvement. Our room was serviced quite late on two occasions during our four-night stay, and the extra toilet paper we had kept was removed without being replaced. The restaurant was pleasant, but I would rate the service around 3.5 out of 5. It was adequate, though not at the level I would expect from a luxury hotel. I also noticed that some bathroom fixtures showed visible wear. I’m not sure if this was intentional as part of the design, but the faucets had dark marks and scratches that made them appear less well maintained. At our next hotel, which uses the same style of fixtures, they look polished and spotless, so the difference was noticeable. Overall, it’s an interesting hotel with a distinctive character, but there are several details that, if improved, would make the experience feel much more consistent with its price point. For that reason, while I enjoyed aspects of my stay, I don’t think I would choose to return."

"We had a great stay! The hotel has been recently renovated, and it really shows. Everything looked fresh, modern, and well-maintained. The cleanliness was outstanding our room and all the common areas were spotless, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. It’s also in a great location, close to the Doge Palace and the Piazza san Marco. If you’re looking for a clean, updated hotel with a great atmosphere, I would definitely recommend staying here. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!"

"Breakfast was very good, Buffet style. Room was clean. Best location a minute or two away from the Rialto stop which takes you to and from the airport via alilaguna water taxi, just steps away from the Rialto bridge, bathroom very modern with tiled floor, great AC, shower and toilet facilities very clean which is my number 1 priority, room on the ornate side, with floor rugs, beds topped with traditional fabrics etc. stayed on first floor, was a bit of a walk through corridors, up flight of stairs then down to get to room, it was a different experience but not bad at all."

"The room was exceptionally comfortable. Great bed, very quiet, and clean. The bathroom was well equipped, although anyone taller than 6ft may find the shower enclosure a little small. You really can't do much better in terms of location, with a private dock for water taxi dropoff+pickup, and about a 5 minute walk in either direction to St Marks Square or the Rialto Bridge areas. The staff were friendly and helpful in organising my taxi to the airport, and giving honest advice of a few good locations to eat and drink at nearby. Overall, highly recommended."
