"Very bad experience for 4 nights two rooms. Staffs are rude and not helpful. Very noisy. Two rooms just beside elevator even though I left note when I booking as I travel with kids and the old. The hotel charges me without notifying me for no reason. I cannot get an answer either from hotel or Expedia ..."
