"Staff shortage was unable to curtail all manner of people coming in off the streets and be loud and disruptive. No amenities to speak of and only a portion of the property is in use.
Staff seemed overwhelmed by the steady flow of loud street people and there's really nothing on-site other than a mediocre breakfast restaurant and a bar/room service.
The lobby is gorgeous though and one can only wonder how vibrant and luxurious this hotel/convention center was in its heyday. Location is excellent and safety was not a concern."
