"This is our second time staying in Art Narita Hotel. The staff are nice, the family room with 3 beds are spacious and have a place for our luggages. The best part is the dining buffet breakfast! For 2600 yen per adults there are tons of variation when it comes to food as well as beverages and desserts! There is a bus shuttle from and to the airport.. we will definitely use this hotel again."

"Good location. OK reastaurant. Shuttles to airport, mall and downtown. Furniture in rooms is kind of old, clearly overused. Dust was not swiped in many places for a long time. Water glasses had significant deposits on their bottom, had to wash them."

"Nice that it is near the train n bus station. I wish the hotel provided bus service from the airport. Also, hotel should provide bus service to the airport after 10.40am. We had to leave the hotel early to avail of their last trip bus service at 10.40 am when our flt was still at 6pm. If they had a later service, we could have left our bags at the hotel n hopped the train for more sightseeing."

"Had a great two week stay as we toured around Narita. Planning to stay again on a return visit. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful and would use a translating device when needed, which made communication easy. Parking is available nearby but with only one daily in/out privilege, we had to arrange our days accordingly. The room, a standard twin, gave us a bed to store our opened suitcases on, which helped as closet space was limited. We felt that Comfort Hotel Narita met all our needs at a reasonable price and getting around from there was most convenient, both on foot, by car or public transit. "
