"Location is great if Shinjuku is your vibe, very busy hotel and area! Room was quite small for the price, not enough space to open luggage so had to chuck it on the bed which wasn’t ideal. The hotel accepted luggage forwarding and had it in our room waiting upon check in! Staff were great in these processes too. Sadly the terrace where the Godzilla head is was closed during our stay for some reason so bit disappointing."

"Just be aware!! Ofuro (communo bath) in picture and gym are not included in hotel price, its an additional fee. Its about 2500 yen ish for each n reasonable but how presented in hotel info was misleading. Other than that, hotel staffs are there and very helpful. You can ship bag out from hotel so you can travel suitcase-free and easy access to Haneda, off course. Lots of restaurant choices were plus too!"

"Clean room and friendly, helpful staff. Train stations are about 12-15 minutes walk away. There is a nearby 7 eleven, which is useful for getting basic necessities and cash from the ATM."
