The staff was really great for me even if I not speak English very well they did try their best to accommodate me. If I return somefin Tokyo I will definitely pick that hotel again.

Room nice with full kitchen. Noticed dust in quite a few places though. Loved location with a ton of dining and shopping nearby. Short 5 min walk to train station and massive mall. Safe and quiet. Tv placement strange, I like to fall asleep with tv on and was unable to see from bed. Overall room was large for Japan and proved to be a great home base.
