Amazing staff, services and amenities went above and beyond. I highly recommend adding their breakfast inclusion option to your stay, the food was as delicious as can be and there were so many options as it was buffet-style. In addition, they offered snacks and drinks throughout the day that were positively wonderful and I would come back just for the convenience of staying here!

We spent our last night here before traveling back to America. It was perfect for an evening of relaxation. They have a very nice lounge with snacks and alcohol. Outlet stores were located right by the hotel. Not a great choice if you want to go back into Tokyo given it is approx 1 hour train ride. The room and bath were the best we experienced the entire trip!

A very pleasant stay

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Springs Makuhari Premier. Service was exceptional, and the rooms and amenities impeccable. I needed the front desk to help me recieve a package, and the delivery went perfectly. There's not much more to say, I stayed 4 nights, have nothing to criticize, and will certainly return if I find myself needing a hotel in Chiba in the future.

Good breakfast

Newly renovated guest room, clean and tidy. The breakfast is very nice with multiple choices of food and drinks. The location is good, close to JR and can reach Tokyo within an hour. Close to shopping mall and everything is convenient. Quiet neighborhood. The lobby is a bit old fashioned but the room is new.

Enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffets, tea-time treats and happy hour. The aim of the stay was to catch up with my grandmother and mother so the tea time/happy hour and the room setup were perfect. Also appreciated the attentive staff who walked us all the way to the main building to get the hotel chef's cookies that my grandmother wanted to buy and made sure we had a taxi for departure. The room and bathroom/shower room were clean. (One minor comment: light switches and room temp controls were a little confusing.)

Friendly, helpful staff. Very quiet. The room was spacious enough for my needs. The breakfast buffet was a mix of Western and Japanese food with many options. Close to the train station and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the Messe. Would stay again on future trips.

Good hotel near train station. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. This seems to be an older hotel evidenced by the design of the lobby but with recently renovated rooms. Shower/tub, toilet and sink are in separate rooms…sort of strange but functional. Overall room size is good for three beds with a view of the station area. Everything walkable within 5-10 minutes.
