"We had a very pleasant stay at Doubletree although it was for 1-night only. Upon arrival at the hotel we received a free upgrade to a Deluxe King Suite. The room is spacious, well furnished and spotless. There is a good spread of international and local dishes for breakfast.The service staff are excellent. We are looking forward to stay here again during our next trip in Surabaya."
"This hotel is a very nice and ex colonial hotel with vintage history appearance and a delicious breakfast and lovely swimming pool amd very helpful staff. My only minus is that there was no fridge in my hotel room and that the surrounding area around the hotek feels very unsafe at night but i cannot fault the hotel for this. All in all a positive experience."
