Anmeldelse Harris Hotel Gubeng

Fellesområdene er veldig flotte, men selve rommet var nedslitt med vond lukt på badet og bærer preg av fuktskader. Det kom stadig små fluer ut av slukene. Sengtøyet var rent, men hadde masse gamle flekker på seg. Og man får ikke utdelt små håndklær til å tørke hendene på. Kun et stort til dusjen. Frokostbuffeten var stor og flott, og en god opplevelse! Fint bassengområdet, men med få solsenger og solen kommer bare på terrassen noen få timer pr dag. Vannet var uvanlig kaldt i bassenget. Ok trimrom, men det var for varmt der inne.

明亮乾淨的旅館

旅館明亮色彩活潑、服務人員主動且友善。房間乾淨且冷氣夠冷。浴室花灑無法使用，洗手台有點阻塞。 清晨四點須前往機場，飯店門口隨時都有blue bird Taxi，很方便。

Happy Family Hotel

It is morden and bright. Staff are happy. Room seems not sound proof, next door big noise disturb my sleep till 3am. Drainage was bad, shower water overflow to bathroom floor. Good impressions apart from that.

Hôtel très agréable

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel tout confort. Il est également à proximité de la gare, ce qui est un avantage quand on doit prendre un train tôt le matin. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Fantástico! Fotos no hacen justicia

Increíble hotel. Las fotos no le hacen justicia en absoluto. La piscina es espectacular, con camas-lounge, bar, restaurante, Ping-pong... Y un campo de golf en las inmediaciones. Zona súper segura, con acceso con control de seguridad. Habitaciones espectaculares, grandes, fantástico lavabo... Te sientes como en una película. El desayuno súper bien, muy variado, y con café decente. Eso sí, al igual que en casi toda la isla, el wifi no es muy bueno, y el agua en el baño sale algo amarillenta (aunque todos aseguran que no hay ningún problema)

Prima hotel, beste ontbijt van Java

Goed hotel. Schone kamer, fantastisch ontbijt, leuk zwembad. Personeel spreekt alleen niet zo goed engels, heb 3x moeten vragen of ze de slaapbank op wilden dekken voor onze zoon.

Not so good for tired climbers in Ramadan period

The hotel looked new and modern. However, the spa was closed during the Ramadan period so it wouldn't be good for tired climbers of Mt Ijen and Mt Bromo who were looking forward to a spa. The spa nearby was also closed for Ramadan period. The swimming pool was also closed earlier at 4 pm during Ramadan. So, if you may want to reconsider if you are booking during Ramadan period (I think they should have stated it in their website so that we can make well-informed choices as we book it because of its spa service.) The room is spacious with an extra sofa bed (too small and hard for an adult to sleep for more than 1 day). The colour of the rooms are bright and cheerful with kettle and fridge. The staff of the hotel were generally friendly and helpful. They even helped us to get the driver to drive us to the local goodies shop (on our way to the airport) so that we could shop for some local goodies as our souvenirs. There is a Boncafe restaurant near the hotel. The taxis are easily available to the customers. There is a nice motorcycle accessories shop nearby with great staff and service. The hotel offers shuttle service to the major malls and also provide an airport transfer service at a reasonable price.

Clean and Nice hotel rooms with lots of TV channel

My Husband and Son went there for business trip. They were very satisfied with the rooms once they entered. The room are clean and the drinking area are good too. Breakfast and local food are good only the western food need to improve

Business stay in Harris Surabaya

The hotel is new (2015) with ‘hip’ atmosphere and shocking orange color motive…☺ The staff are amazingly helpful and cheerful (you this phrase every time you enter the elevator). The hotel location is central and was only 5 minutes drive (not at pick hours were it become 20 min) from the Grand City convention center. While the hotel is really pleasant, the rooms are small. There are no wardrobes or closets to store cloths. There is only an open niche with few hangers. We had to use the sofa as our wardrobe. However, the biggest issue we had was the noise. The walls seems to be made from paper since we could hear any noise (including snoring !) from the next room (probably they could hear us too). This means that at different hours of the night we would wake up to people coming in or going out. Moreover, the window glass is also quite thin (be careful not to lean on it) since we could hear children noise at 7am from the pool, 10 stories below us not to mention the train noise. On the up side, breakfast was great. The dinning room is open design, light and nice. Great selection of any food from east to west.

Great place to relax. And the pool has very nice chairs to just sit back, eat, and take in the atmosphere. The enchiladas are great as well.

New, clean, friendly hotel at Surabaya

We were stay for 8 nights at this new hotel, very satisfied with everything in this hotel. Very clean and tidy, super friendly staffs from the doorman-receptionist-cleaner-waitress ... everyone. And they're very helpful with any requests from us. Only 1 day that we've got a bit 'shock' with the room cleaner but the rest was superb. The price was affordable and the location was good. Will stay again in this hotel if we come to visit Surabaya and will recommend this hotel to our friends.

Nous ne nous attendions pas à une chaîne de type Ibis très prisé par les chinois. Le style et la décoration de l'hôtel sont standards sans touche indonésienne. En gros, il manque de charme. Toutefois, le personnel est extrêmement serviable et gentil, souriant. Le SPA vaut le détour avec accès jacuzzi et sauna gratuit. Le petit déjeuner est un très grand buffet copieux et le restaurant au 17ème étage est très bon.

Hotel baru, lokasi strategis, harga terjangkau

Hotel ini relatif masih baru, jadi kondisinya masih bersih, rapi dan bagus, kami sekeluarga besar (dengan 2 anak balita, dll) menginap di 3 kamar, yg 2 kamar connected. Lokasi di Jl. Bangka dekat Biliton (Raya Gubeng) mau cari makan dekat sana mudah, mau ke mall juga dekat ke Delta Plaza. Kolam renang, kids club juga ada, anak2 senang menginap disini, untuk remaja dan orang tua juga ada sauna dan Jacuzzi untuk relax sejenak. Staff nya ramah, kecepatan pelayanan lumayan, keamanan juga cukup baik, harus pake access card untuk naik ke lantai tertentu.
