"The only complaints I have are the smell of weed in the hallways and having to pay for parking every night. Otherwise, a fantastic stay!"

"Clean, nice breakfast. Would stay there again."

"Nice new hotel"

"My daughter and I came for the Katseye concert and so, the hotel was extremely busy! You wouldn’t have ever known though, if you didn’t see all the people because the staff were amazing! I was running late and they were so helpful with parking our car and getting us checked in super quickly! The room was super clean and beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was packed but they never ran out of anything and it tasted great! I never review but I was actually super impressed with my stay!"

"The room was pretty decent. We had a portable AC unit, there was no tissues in the room, had three hangers in the closet,no phone, there was also no luggage rack.My wife went to the front desk to ask for a box of tissues. The guy at the front desk said we are not the Marriott, what a great response!"

"The front desk were very polite and helpful. They throughly explained all the amenities and stayed in communication when we needed something. The lobby area was clean and spacious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Sheets and towels were neatly folded. Also plenty of parking."

"The convenience to The Spectrum was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable!"

"The elevator was not working and my guest has to go to the stairs with 3 yrs old boy. Going down to the stairs is killing my knee that’s my experience here in Hyatt Charlotte."
