"I think it is wrong to have to pay for parking when you are a registered guest. This hotel has a contractor that charge $7 for parking. If you don't register your vehicle and make the payment, your vehicle may be gone by the morning. They have a tow truck come through and check if vehicles are registered."

"My daughter and I came for the Katseye concert and so, the hotel was extremely busy! You wouldn’t have ever known though, if you didn’t see all the people because the staff were amazing! I was running late and they were so helpful with parking our car and getting us checked in super quickly! The room was super clean and beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was packed but they never ran out of anything and it tasted great! I never review but I was actually super impressed with my stay!"

"The property was beautiful and clean the staff was so nice !"

"Hotel needs renovation badly. Stained wallpaper and smelled of smoke. Card keys to room didn’t work multiple times ended up being locked out of our room for 45 minutes at 11:00 pm. We had to sit in the lobby waiting for the maintenance guy to arrive and fix the door. Past two Hampton Inn’s have been very disappointing, unfortunately."

"The elevators were down -- and we were on the 16th floor. When we arrived, the Gas was off all day too and they didn't let us know at checkin, we only found out when we tried to take a shower. We couldn't shower before the Dave Chapelle show, and the elevators were both showing Out of Order when we went to leave for the show, and had to walk down 16 floors. Definitely was not happy. And the noise outside because of the equipment around kept me from sleeping most of the night."

"Clean rooms plenty of parking available friendly staff breakfast buffet was ok not a bad Place to stay for short trips"

"The front desk were very polite and helpful. They throughly explained all the amenities and stayed in communication when we needed something. The lobby area was clean and spacious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Sheets and towels were neatly folded. Also plenty of parking."

"Nice place to stay just 15 min from downtown Charlotte. The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained with plenty of parking spots. The Hilton club serves great food and drink and has a very nice view of the outside."

"Great location, spacious, pull out queen was resanably comfortable."

"The convenience to The Spectrum was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable!"

"Under renovation, room was clean but that was the only positive about the stay. Rude staff"
