"Everything was great "

"Location was great, room was clean, check in was quick, but the entire stay was ruined thanks to valet service on site that you are REQUIRED to use. Had someone with the valet go through my vehicle and steal cash. All the items in my center console were miss-arranged, change (from where my cash was located) was all on my floorboard that I know was not there before, and the girl who answered the phone when I called to report, as I realized all this several miles down the road after I left, laughed at my report. Manager of the valet service did call to give back my valet fee of $55 but because there was no video evidence there was no proof. Not what I expected out of a Hyatt."

"This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. Not only was it dirty but there were bugs in the room and not just in the bathroom but on every surface and even in the bed. There was dirt on the pillowcase and covers. Outside were a lot of unsavory people. When I returned to the place last evening around 8 pm there were two police SUVs on property and the officers were inside the front office. Speaking of the front office, they are “safely” locked inside. You can’t just walk in; they have to buzz you in. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough."

"One suite bedroom was perfect for our family of 3. The valet system is convenient. There is a separate room that includes the kitchen, dining table with 4 chairs and a couch with a tv in addition to the bedroom with a tv. The normal size fridge was appreciated for leftovers or for those who need to make meals if you have picky eaters. It’s close enough to the Bank of America Stadium that you could walk. Also close to the Spectrum Center. We were there to visit both. Its also close to the airport so we didn't have to get up extra early. I would definitely stay at this hotel again for the location, price and friendly staff! Things to consider: If you are there on a weekend you might hear folks arriving and leaving as there is a huge parking lot across the street where people were parking for a bar/club. Theres a lot of race cars (sounds of race car vehicles) in Charlotte. Must be because of Nascar! Lol It didnt bother us. It was cool watching the cars at 1am. "

"Everything was wonderful except for one hiccup. Did not get validation at check in and was late for makeup appointment had to wait10 minutes for someone to come down and help in garage and paid $18 she was kind it took it from my parking payment"
