โรงแรมใกล้แฮมป์เชียร์ ฮิลส์ ช้อปปิ้งเซ็นเตอร์, Charlotte

"We chose this hotel strictly because of the hot tub offering. It takes us 12 hours to get to Charlotte from north of Tampa due to many stops as a result of body pain. This is the only hotel in Charlotte that has hot tub in a large setting. The heated year-round pool was definitely a benefit to staying at the hotel. The housekeeping staff is kind, intuitive and helpful."

"The property was beautiful and clean the staff was so nice !"

"Every time I visit my son and his family I stay there."

"My daughter and I came for the Katseye concert and so, the hotel was extremely busy! You wouldn’t have ever known though, if you didn’t see all the people because the staff were amazing! I was running late and they were so helpful with parking our car and getting us checked in super quickly! The room was super clean and beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was packed but they never ran out of anything and it tasted great! I never review but I was actually super impressed with my stay!"

"Hotel needs renovation badly. Stained wallpaper and smelled of smoke. Card keys to room didn’t work multiple times ended up being locked out of our room for 45 minutes at 11:00 pm. We had to sit in the lobby waiting for the maintenance guy to arrive and fix the door. Past two Hampton Inn’s have been very disappointing, unfortunately."

"Muy buen hotel"

"I asked for the location of the laundry room front desk said 2nd floor went to 2nd floor and the laundry room was full of boxes that was so big they smothered the washer and dryer l went back to front desk they called maintenance they said the laundry room was not working go next door to other hotel use theirs and was very rude and showed no concern I NEVER SEEN A MARRIOTT SO TERRIBLE IN SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM"

"The front desk were very polite and helpful. They throughly explained all the amenities and stayed in communication when we needed something. The lobby area was clean and spacious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Sheets and towels were neatly folded. Also plenty of parking."
