"We liked our room, and it wasn’t to far from the Cal Campus where our son goes to school. The only issue was we couldn’t figure out how to turn the shower on in our bathroom."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times due to proximity to the university. You will never know what kind of room you will get at this hotel. Some stays have been decent with comfortable beds and varying sizes of the bathrooms. Our last stay was horrible. The best was terrible with springs actually jabbing my rib. I was sore for 2 days post. They had a portable AC in there which was a big surprise and the water leaked from the bathroom sink. I will avoid this place going forward. "

"Parking was difficult with automation. Difficult getting out. Need a gate person. Gate automated bar almost hit my hood. Valets were on their phones not helpful. Would consider not staying thete until they fix it. A five star hotel needs 5 star personnel. Not more automation"

"Upon arrival, the room gave a certain smell. Cigarette and pinesol (cleaning agent). The room was to be a tobacco free room. The room is hardly big enough for 1 person let alone 4. I do not recommend anyone stay here unless it’s as a last resort."

"Rooms are only cleaned every other day. The rate for the room was cheaper when checking in and a price match was not given by expedia. I will not use this app again or stay at this hotel again. Canceling my membership with them. Customer service is not available to do anything."
