"Very clean accommodation. I felt safe. Hotel management makes safety a priority. Although this is a boutique hotel without a lobby with coffee or drinks, there is a 7-Eleven a couple doors down and plenty of coffee shops and eateries about a 10 minute walk up the street on Piedmont Avenue. Only thing that was a little concerning was that the windows are single paned and sound carried very easily into my street facing room. The hotel manager reassured me that the rooms that are away from the street don’t have the same issue. "

My partner said 'that was probably the most amazing spa experience I’ve ever had (& I’m a spa junkie lol!) INCREDIBLE from the customer service to the treatments. The pool is lovely and a great resort like experience in the Berkeley/Oakland area. Wonderful on every level."

"Checked into room 207 and lock on door was broken. Meaning you didn't need a key to open door. Told front desk and was told there was nothing they could do it about it. Could not get another room because hotel was full and beat they can so is 50 percent refund "
