"Entire resort super clean . Staff amazingly friendly . Shout out to our butler Josue for always going above and beyond for us ! Food was always fresh and sooo good ! Only thing to be aware of is there are lots of stairs .. everywhere . Pool was always super clean . "

"The wifi is only in the common areas and not in any of the rooms, which is inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. Here’s the thing, I was not impressed by the front door but after you go into the actual courtyard, it’s much nicer than you’d think. The rooms are big and are in decent condition for the age and area. It is very convenient to walk down to the beach and excursions, and not be super high priced because it’s not right on the beach. "We experienced being part of a lock down in the Puerto Vallarta area. The hotel and all restaurants closed down however fortunately they let us stay another night as road was closed. Unfortunately we were a victim of extreme price gouging. Being charged twice the room price without notice for the Sunday night stay stay. Will not be back. "
