Room and staff were awesome and went out of their way to make guests comfortable. The negative for us was a VIP next room with a security contingent with machine guns. Discomforting for a resort.

Pinaki Comfort Stay, Vile Parle - Near Airport
Cockroaches in kitchen bathroom and rooms. The helping staff is very odd, its as if you are a hindrance in their space. Very odd feeling while staying there. Only USP is the location.
