"Arrived at the hotel, that we had used many times before and much liked, to find a building site. Totally covered in scaffold with upper floors and external areas being remodelled and extended. There no mention of any of this through the booking process in spite of email contact with the hotel or from Expedia who actioned the arrangement. Very disappointing."
