"Extended my stay here and stayed for 17 nights in total, and booked 2 Executive rooms. Amazing staff....from the entrance to the hotel by the security guards and welcoming Indian dressed greeter to the reception staff to the catering staff to the house cleaning staff (especially Rashuvir), they were ALL absolutely fabulous. Even the breakfast chef would prepare my special cooked sausages perfectly (and he remembered this everyday without fail!). Any request was perfectly executed and relayed to all the staff as a reminder for next time. Wow amazing training, and genuine responsive staff. 100% satisfied. Will DEFINITELY stay here again (stayed here twice now). Wouldn't even dream about staying anywhere else. Keep up the good work :). You guys are a shining example of amazing Indian hospitality."

"We have booked online after then hotel receptionist told me that we dnt hv any room right now so u can cancel your booking. He told me that expedia cant update us for booked room so we dnt hv any room right now. So worst experince from this booking."

"I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent booking. After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit was subpar. The bedding appeared unwashed, and the check-in process was frustrating. To compound the issues, the showers were non-functional, and with only one working water heater, our group had to awkwardly share a single bathroom. Considering the price we paid, the overall experience was incredibly poor. To add insult to injury, we were charged a significant additional fee for overstaying by just one hour. I cannot in good conscience recommend this unit or Southside by Daily Stays. Their lack of professionalism is evident and unacceptable. I strongly advise potential guests to consider other options for their stay."
