"The 2 bedroom suite was large with a full kitchen. It also had two full bathrooms. The kitchen had a stove/oven , microwave, large refrigerator with freezer. Dishes, cups and utensils also available. Large walk-in closet. The beds were comfortable and smelled clean. Living room is spacious with a kitchen table and four chairs and pull out sofa. One large screen tv in the living room and one tv for each bedroom. The third floor has a huge beautiful outdoor patio with lots of seating. The staff is very helpful. Valet parking was a little expensive, about 50 dollars per night. The complementary breakfast was great with lots of bacon, eggs, pancakes, waffles, cereal, different breads, coffee and juices. Downtown is only a minutes walk We will definitely stay again."

"The hotel was great and the staff were super helpful. My only issue was the incredible pool area and rooftop. I enjoyed the event on Juneteenth but since the pool is so small it made it hard for me and others to enjoy it because there wasn’t enough room or chairs for hotel guests. It’s so popular so not sure it’s an issue that can be solved but it’s worth noting."

"Came to the Crowne with my son for my birthday weekend, we wanted to stay close to Bourbon Street. The pros - the hotel is very pretty, clean and has a lot of activities going on. The staff was super friendly Kianti at the front desk was great. They brought us up two small bottles of rose. The valets were friendly and got your car when you needed it (I believe it was 50 per day) it takes them 10-15 minutes so make sure to take that into consideration if you are going somewhere. The location, amazing! Down the elevator and around the corner and you are on bourbon street. The cons - the air conditioner! The room never cooled off. We had it set as low as it would go and were still hot! The beds were hard and super high. I felt like I had to jump up to get on them (I’m 5’8”) the noise - the hotel was quiet but you could hear the noise from the street even on the twentieth floor, two guys playing the buckets morning til about one am. Overall this is good hotel. They have a restaurant, pool & fitness center. This is my third time in New Orleans and although this is not my favorite place I have stayed I would say that it is good."

"The staff in particular the bar and front door daytime weekday guy was excellent! Ryan and Javan were beyond lovely. Front desk and valet man were amazing. Valet meaning man in braids and locs. Not sure of name. Turtles were set up with a flow of water but not being used. This felt terribly wrong as it was available and choosing not to use. All life is valuable. Please do not cut corners on life and use the resources already in place for better quality for all living beings."
