"Managed very unprofessional, rude disrespectful . I have never been treated that way in my life. Its shameful to have someone in that position who isn't relatable to her customers. I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone. I dont care how convenient it may be. She shouldn't have such a high position if she cant converse with the people staying there on a level that's inviting and friendly. Remodel the hotel, but get a new staff as well."

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was very clean and everything felt modern and thoughtfully designed. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"Front desk staff was lovely, but the property itself needs work. Our room had a musty, stale smell, the toilet was broken (though fixed promptly when I asked), and the bedside table had something sticky on it.Gym had no working water cooler or cups. This property has seen better days… Given the many hotels near the airport, I would choose a different spot."
