"Everything about the room was very nice, no issues there. The terrible experience started with the front desk and no clear communication in their part. I had reserved a room for one night when I arrived at the hotel to check in. I asked the front desk if they can extend Minite and what would be the fee for the next day the lady at the front desk acknowledged and told me that the fee would be issued the next day and she would have my card on file. I explained to her that I had a two day convention as to why I wanted to extend the room and wanted to feel comfortable about leaving my stuff there and not having to come back in the next day."

"The bathroom was dirty, the shower didn’t turn cold, and the toilet clogged after I took a piss. Spend the extra money for your comfort somewhere else."

"The room was clean but smelled of weed when I arrived. That was a turn off and I had to light a wax candle to get rid of the smell. There were some areas that the keys wouldn't work which they said the were having problems. Nice area and a good price however. "

"No, business staff were really mean and rude and inconsiderate. I communicated why i was late for check out due to an unexpected hit and run while working. They banned me from even ever coming back. "

"Check in staff was great and the rooms were clean BUT our first room had 2 spiders, the female housekeepers didn’t speak or even smile at all even when standing 2 feet away. Nor did the supervisor (wearing the white shirt) They opened our room door to see if room was empty with us standing in front of the door outside. 2 hours before checkout time. No communication at all to see if it was our room that we were standing right in front of. If you are scared of lizards DO NOT stay in the front section AND THIS PLACE 0 ELEVATORS. Due to the spiders we had to switch rooms immediately which caused us to arrive for breakfast at 10:02 and they would not let us in. How was the lateness our fault??? "

"The Uber driver and I couldn't even find this hotel. There is no outside sign to see! There is no outside building address number to see! It took an unusually long time for the front desk to check me in. My room had a strong chemical smell long. There was no breakfast available for guests."
