This hotel was amazing. Pool was big, hot tub was big, breakfast was good and the pool tables and games kept the kids busy while we watched the Dodger game on a big screen at the bar. Loved it!!

This is a brand new hotel. It offers breakfast with your stay that is very helpful. Unfortunately the cleaning of the property could be improved. Also upon checking in to this hotel I had to wait over an hour to receive a room. The room was tidy but not as clean as I expected. Some staff member are very helpful others not so much.

New Hotel, would have been nice to have a dinning room for dinner. Food was great and had to eat it at the bar. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was typical buffet and had good variety. Coffee was good. Pool and Jacuzzi was nice and large. Gym was clean and had free weights. The room was large and clean. Kitchen and a living room. Large TV. Nice shower.

This is a brand new hotel. When I visited the receptionist said they were 7 weeks old. I got a 1 bedroom suite and she upgraded me to the Mountain View. The living area was a bit small and the bathroom light is motion sensored. I was in the shower and the lights cut off. Other than great stay. I didn’t get a chance to partake of the pool because it was raining, not the complimentary breakfast.

No hot water. One shower taken at 1 am and 1 taken at 6 am. There was no hot water for either time. No airport shuttle after 10:00 pm. My flight landed at midnight. When I booked the room their website clearly stated 24/7 airport shuttle service. I ended up having to order and wait for an uber.

Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we got to our room, it was clearly not ready for a new guest. The condition of the room made it seem like it had not been properly cleaned or inspected before we were given the keys. The hotel did move us to another room, but the replacement was slightly smaller and had a much worse view than what we originally booked. At that point, the experience was already frustrating and not at all what I expected when paying for a hotel stay. What made the situation worse was the communication afterward. I was told that because I booked through Expedia, there was very little the hotel could do regarding compensation. Expedia then claimed they tried reaching the hotel about the situation to approve a refund but based on my experience and the information I received from the hotel, I have serious doubts that the situation was handled the way Expedia claimed it was. The lady Rhonda at the front desk said she never got a call. The only thing the hotel ultimately offered was to waive the parking fee. While I appreciated that, it did not make up for arriving to a room that was not properly prepared, having to switch rooms, and ending up with a less desirable room. Overall, the lack of accountability from both the hotel and Expedia was the most disappointing part. I expected much better service and transparency, especially when traveling with my children. I would think twice before booking this property again.
