"This place has horrible management. They are obsessed with keeping people from taking food from the breakfast area, to the point of having multiple cameras in there and staff watching people. We saw several guests confronted over leaving with even so much as an extra bagel or muffin. They are way too rigid about this, and it's off-putting."

I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone. I dont care how convenient it may be. She shouldn't have such a high position if she cant converse with the people staying there on a level that's inviting and friendly. Remodel the hotel, but get a new staff as well."

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was very clean and everything felt modern and thoughtfully designed. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again."

Our room had a musty, stale smell, the toilet was broken (though fixed promptly when I asked), and the bedside table had something sticky on it.Gym had no working water cooler or cups. This property has seen better days… Given the many hotels near the airport, I would choose a different spot."
