Nothing showing on my Expedia booking that I am unable to cancel. Realized 4 days before our stay that I booked 2 nights instead of one and reached out to the hotel. No response. Followed up for 4 days every day with no response from the hotel. Received a response on the day of check in that they could no longer refund for the extra day. When I asked to check in...

"so for the price of this hotel, it was fairly decent especially spending one night there for only $88 with my two kids. The place was very outdated, but was actually pretty clean. Cleaner then the Château nova. The ad that I looked at made me want to spend the night there but getting there it was very deceiving, so that was pretty disappointing. "I was asked to bring my dirty towel back to the reception in exchange for a new one. That’s the most ridiculous thing ever! Also, the receptionist took the dirty towel from me and gave me a clean towel with the same hands. I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here. Also, the continental breakfast is never refilled once something runs out. If you don’t wake up at 6:30AM for the breakfast and show up around 8am forget about having a decent breakfast. DON’T STAY HERE"
