"Nice, pleasant stay in the heart of old town. Super close to main attractions, like Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofiya, etc. 20 min walk will bring you to the Spice market. Lots of dining options within walking distance.
The rooms are small, but clean, and you have everything you need. The pillows are a bit too hard for my taste, but the whole bad is comfy. Shower is nice, once you figure out how to use it :). Breakfast has a good selection, wi-fi is steady. People are super friendly & happy to help with...
"I was travelling with a family of four in the family room. While the room was a bit tight for four people and luggage, the staff service was outstanding.
My husband needed to have his glasses fixed and the staff was able to expedite having it repaired. All 5 of our luggage was lost and the staff was helpful in calling the airlines on multiple occasions to retrieve them back. We had to have laundry done due to the lost luggage and the staff helped out with that as well.

"Ayça, the general manager made our stay incredible. She is the nicest and kindest person there! She made my family of 8 have an incredible stay. She is knowledge about all things Istanbul and told us the best food resturants. The hotel facility is amazing and the location is INCREDIBLE!! Ayça went above and beyond for my family!
Housekeeping is very clean and respectful. They are very good and have great little amenities!

"A great area, close to all most famous attractions. The views from the roof patio is very beautiful.
Staff was very helpful. They arranged us a tour guide speaking our language, a transportation to the beach and transfer to the airoport (extra charge).
There are a few high rated restaurants atound the hotel in 1-2 min of walk. Our favourite one was Mivan.
